Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! Welcome to Day 3 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge!

For this class, you will need 1 yoga block ( http://amzn.to/2occ4yp ) and a yoga blanket ( http://amzn.to/2o9VH6e ) . Sub with a thick book and a thick towel.

Today, we'll be doing a 25 minute yin-inspired yoga class to visualize your goals. This is a great class to take time to pause and visualize what you really want in life and then make it happen for yourself!

It's a yin-inspired yoga class, so we'll be holding the poses for a bit longer than you might be use to. However, it's going to make you feel great afterwards, so if you can, I highly encourage you to stick it out!
