Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! This is a 25 minute yoga flow for beginners! It's a great class to slow down, learn the mechanics of a vinyasa flow yoga class, and get down to the yoga basics.
During this class, we'll be moving from child's pose (balasana) into cat and cow stretches. Then we'll move into some sun breaths, sun salutations A & B (surya namaskara), supine twists, and a savasana.
